Architect: Chapman, Coyle, Chapman & Associates Architects, AIA, INC Interior Designers: Image Design General Contractor: Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC The work at the Atlanta Athletic Club was the renovation of three buildings: the main clubhouse, the pool building facility, and the athletic facility. The interior work includes the materials and installation of bars, fireplaces, libraries, mouldings, dining rooms, plastic laminate and shop finished stain-grade casework, and a grand staircase with a custom brass handrail. The interior wood is a mix of stain-grade maple, red oak, and paint-grade poplar. The exterior work includes built-up pilasters, built-up beams, custom brackets, custom moldings, cornice, soffit, and fascia. We installed eight miles of trim, and the job-site manpower varied from one to ten carpenters.
