The interior work includes the materials and installation of a feature staircase with custom brass handrail brackets, a bar, mouldings, dining facilities, a library, living room facilities, wood planters, plastic laminate and shop finished stain-grade casework, and nurse stations. The interior wood is a mix of stain-grade maple and various paint-grade materials. The exterior work includes GFRG columns. We installed 25 miles of trim, and the job-site manpower varied from one to twenty-five carpenters.
